Relapse Prevention Treatment Program for Substance Use Disorder (Alcoholism & Addiction)
We offer evidence-based rehabilitation treatment module for male patients based on the 12 steps program.
Therapeutic Program – The patient attends Devotion (prayers), discusses Reflections and JFT (Just for Today) of AA/NA daily, Yoga, Exercise, Meditation, psycho-educative sessions on various topics related to substance-use disorder, Output sessions, Individual Counselling based on an unique individual treatment plan is given to each patient. Group therapy sessions are also a vital part of the treatment process, where patients are encouraged to participate in moderated group discussions. Patients are provided opportunities to participate in recreational activities, attend in-house AA/NA meetings, and are encouraged to write daily reflections in a structured manner. Writing their Autobiography (Life story), which enables them to identify their addictive patterns and work on them, is a vital part of the treatment process. Guided work on 12 Steps of AA/NA program, in conjunction with their addiction counsellors is another unique and effective tool in the healing journey. A relapse prevention plan, SWOT analysis and a ‘future roadmap’ further help patients identify and plan their future lives in sobriety.
Our treatment module emphasizes recovery, learning to face reality and living life on life’s terms with self-acceptance. Our treatment approach uses components of the globally-revered 12-step program to educate patients about addictive illness and facilitate the recovery process. Family members are also sensitized on critical aspects of substance-use disorder, as they are an important part of the treatment process.

Physical Exercise & Yoga
Regular yoga & exercise is beneficial for body and mind functions which are impaired during Substance use. It will also help develop optimal health to cope with stress as well as physical endurance. We have well equipped Gym facilities & professional yoga trainer.
Prayer & Meditation
It will help to calm the mind and body and is beneficial for concentration, increases stress coping mechanism, memory problems, patience and tolerance.
Psycho-Educative Sessions
The psycho-educative sessions deepen client’s awareness about the physical, psychological & behavioral facts, consequences & treatment of Substances use disorder conducted by the psychiatric, psychologist, in-house & visiting counselor.
Read and Write Session
Client has to write all the prayers, 12 steps and 12 traditions, his Life Story, 1-2-3 Steps questionnaires, Relapse Prevention Plan during his treatment period. It will help to understand their disease and important of structure recovery program.
Individual Counseling
It enabling the client to learn and pursue realistic and satisfying solutions to his problem. Chalking out an individual treatment plan and offering individual counseling based on it is the important components of this program.
Group Therapy-Therapeutic Group Activities
The therapeutic benefits which the client experience is anxiety reduction, establish relationship which remove loneliness and isolation. In this process the client coming together, interacting, sharing, growing and changing with the help of group.
Recreation Activities
Clients are encouraged to spend their leisure time constructively during their stay. We have facilities to play indoor and outdoor games. Clients are also encouraged to utilize the library during their free time.
Daily Reflection/Inventory of self
Clients have to write their daily thought and feeling, their reflections. It helps to take personal inventory and find out the emotional stage of the individual.
In-house AA/NA Meeting
Clients are expected to attend AA/NA meeting. This helps them to strengthen their recovery.
Educational Movies
Educational movies on various topic related to substance use disorder to gain more information on the same.
Entertainment
Clients are permitted to watch T.V. program during their free time. They are allowed to watch film on projector on a weekend.
